Ok, so I'm not from AZ so when I offered to grab dessert for the group I used Yelp and found this place. Oh my goodness, AMAZING does not even come close to how fantastic this place is. Simply the greatest

For this past Thanksgiving, I thought I would forgo making pies and support a local business. Wow! So glad that I did so! We went with the pumpkin and apple pies, and the pumpkin pie was the very best pumpkin pie we have ever had.

I recently discovered the savory pies at Piefection ,which are great for dinner, and to take friends! All of the other dessert pie we've tried are fabulous! Love the keylime!! The staff are always friendly and helpful.

Another year, another pie! Our uncle loves to send us an annual pie during the holidays and we repeated our visit to Piefection again this year. Naturally, we struggled deciding on which pie we wanted with their vast options from seasonal, to cheesecake based, fruit based and many in between! I do find their website to be a tad bit overwhelming and wish it was a bit more organized. That being said, after reviewing many options, we landed on the Arizona Orange Pie, which they described as being similar to a Key Lime pie, but with orange. It did not disappoint! I am not sure what I was expecting, but this very unique pie was refreshing, sweet and tangy. It was a hit at our friends dinner, across the board. We also opted to snag a Chicken Pot Pie to take home and bake later. The flavor and crust were very tasty. I did feel it lacked in the protein category, a little runnier than I would traditionally want and did not have any potatoes -maybe more traditional in my family, but nonetheless had a nice flavor and was nice for dinner and leftovers. Service was friendly and they accommodated our pie order day of and pick up was a breeze.
